A few days ago, we had the pleasure of receiving a group of ESO students from the Lauro Institute. At Derypol, we are dedicated to training young people and we are pleased to open our doors to future professionals in the sector.
The day began with a cordial welcome from our plant director, Narcís Darnes, always willing to share his wisdom and experience with the students. After a brief introduction about our company and our products, a tour of our production facilities in Les Franqueses del Vallès was carried out.
During the visit, the students were able to directly observe how the manufacturing process of our polymers is carried out. From receipt of raw materials to final packaging, each stage was thoroughly explained by our experts. Students had the opportunity to see how the theoretical knowledge they are learning in class is applied in a real production environment.
Likewise, our engineers and technicians were happy to answer all the students’ questions and share their advice and experiences about the chemical industry. It was an invaluable opportunity for young people to gain a broader view of their potential career and feel inspired by the different areas of specialization within the field of chemistry.
